Entamy Mailer 2.0 — turn incoming email into action

Keep the whole conversation in view, from sending a message to handling the reply. Entamy Mailer 2.0 extends the platform’s outbound email service with incoming mail for shared addresses and a place to review and respond.

Act as soon as mail arrives#

Mail sent to shared entamy.com addresses enters the Entamy platform. A previously unseen recipient can be recorded as a new mailbox. The inbound worker checks volume and attachment rules, then follows the mailbox’s alert or forwarding settings. It never sends an automatic reply.

The administration interface groups activity by mailbox and correspondent. Incoming mail, human replies, rejections, alert or forwarding failures, and status changes appear in one timeline. An operator can understand the context before responding.

Protect content while sharing the work#

Incoming messages and replies are stored encrypted. An authorized administrator must unlock the vault to read subjects, bodies, or attachments. Alert emails contain no sender or message content; they point to the administration interface.

Show a notice first; email when it is needed#

Together with Entamy Notice, the platform presents announcements inside the product. For urgent and important announcements, email follows after a configured delay only when the recipient has neither opened the product since publication nor read the notice. This preserves important contact while reducing duplicate messages.

Track what happened after sending#

Transactional mail and announcements are recorded alongside delivery events. Bounces and complaints feed suppression rules, while idempotency helps prevent duplicate sends. Operators can review delivery state and failure history in the platform.
