KuroViewer — read books from the cloud at local speed
A book reader that opens files on Dropbox, Google Drive or your NAS as fast as books on your phone. Free, and no account needed.
Cloud books feel slow because of round trips, not file size: opening a volume downloads the whole thing, and the next volume repeats it. KuroViewer removes every place where waiting happens, one at a time.
Features#

- Your shelf opens without a network — what you own and where it lives is mirrored on your device
- Image folders, JPEG / PNG / GIF / WebP / AVIF, zip / cbz, EPUB and PDF
- Vertical Japanese reflow with ruby, tate-chu-yoko and line-breaking rules
- Sources: on-device folders, Dropbox, Google Drive, SMB (NAS), WebDAV, S3-compatible storage and MEGA
